Our Sharer Christmas Parties are perfect for smaller teams, departments and social groups who want to enjoy a big Christmas party atmosphere without the cost or planning of a private hire.

You'll share a lively social evening alongside other like-minded guests, with all the festive details taken care of: a welcome drink, a three-course dinner, a DJ and a beautifully decorated venue - all you need to do is turn up and celebrate!

Arrival is from 6pm, with your three-course dinner starting from 7pm and the carriages will be at midnight.

As these are shared party nights, the evening is designed around a set menu format, with dietary alternatives available.

 Dietary requirements will be required by 4 weeks prior to your chosen date.

If you'd like a more private feel while still enjoying the shared party atmosphere, consider our exclusive mezzanine.

 Exclusive mezzanine upgrade (50-100 guests): £84.95 per person includes:

• A space just for your group

• A dedicated member of bar staff

• Up to two bottles of house wine per table

Our Exclusive Christmas Parties are designed for larger companies and groups looking for private hire of Worton Hall.

With exclusive access to the venue, generous setup time and a beautifully styled setting, these parties are perfect for organisations wanting to deliver an impressive and seamless celebration for their guests.

Minimum 120 guests, up to 280 guests.

What is the difference between a Sharer and an Exclusive Christmas Party?

Sharer christmas parties are aimed at smaller groups who want to be part of a big festive atmosphere without having to worry about the planning and cost of hiring an entire venue. Whether this is your friendship group, your local sports team, a family get together or a small team of colleagues, these nights are inclusive for everyone!

Worton’s Exclusive Christmas Parties are aimed at the larger organisations, with a minimum capacity of 120 people. The venue would be exclusive to you, you can layout the room how you want, add your own decorations, add on more entertainment or pre-paid drinks packages.

When do your Sharer Christmas Parties start and end?

Arrival is from 6pm, with your three-course dinner starting from 7pm with carriages at midnight.

Can I pre-order drinks?

If you book an Exclusive Christmas Party you can create bespoke drinks packages, whether that’s cocktails on tap, glasses of fizz or whatever you desire, it’s entirely up to you what you would like to provide.

No pre-paid drinks are available for the Sharer Christmas Parties.

Do I need to pre-order my food?

Yes, all food choices need to be submitted before four weeks in advance with any dietary requirements.

Can I stay overnight?

We have two on-site properties; Stable Cottage (sleeps 4) and The Farmhouse (sleeps 22), as well as five other properties within a 10-15 minute drive from Worton Hall. Please have a look through our accommodation options.

We also work in conjunction with the Holiday Inn at Peartree services and can offer a discount.

Can I book a table for the sharer night with less than ten people?

Absolutely, you can book for as little as two people and you’ll get to share your table with other people!

If I have a large group of us but not enough to meet the minimum numbers for an exclusive party, is there an area we can have together at the Sharer Christmas Party?

Yes! We have our mezzanine as an exclusive area for groups of over 50 people. You’ll be able to sit together, have a dedicated member of bar staff and get two bottles of our house wine included in the ticket price. Feel like a VIP by choosing this option for your group!

Is there parking on site?

Yes, we have free on-site parking for up to 150 vehicles using our North and South car parks. EV charging available.
