The Main Hall is our flagship space and is a large and versatile setting that can comfortably seat up to 250 delegates. The hall is a true blank canvas, ready to be transformed and tailored to suit your specific event needs.

Whether you’re hosting a large conference, an immersive team-building day, a dynamic product launch, a celebration or even an awards ceremony, the Main Hall adapts effortlessly. The space can be styled as a wide-open area for creative activities or photoshoots, or arranged in theatre-style seating for a more formal setup, or even a mix of both.

Our team draws on intimate venue knowledge to help you plan and execute your event smoothly, ensuring it’s as efficient and hassle-free as possible from start to finish.

Bookings of the Main Hall also recieve private use of the adjoining Cresswell Lounge for refreshments, catering and informal breakouts. We can open the bar privately for your post meeting drinks for a great epilogue to a productive day.

Located on the mezzanine level and overlooking the Main Hall, the Hayloft Gallery is perfectly suited for medium-sized meetings, comfortably accommodating groups from 12 to 120 delegates with a variety of layout options including boardroom and cabaret-style seating, theatre arrangements, or open-plan workshop setups.

This space is ideal for teams who don’t require the full Main Hall but still need a venue capable of hosting strategy sessions, workshops, presentations, and collaborative meetings. The slightly smaller scale encourages a more interactive and collaborative environment, allowing participants to engage more closely and focus on achieving outcomes.

The Hayloft gallery also has the adjoining Cresswell Lounge included and can also be booked alongside the Main Hall to be used as a syndicate for larger conferences or a breakout session space. The elevated position gives Hayloft Gallery a sense of privacy while still maintaining a connection to the energy of the Main Hall below.

Located within our Grade II listed Farmhouse property, the Farmhouse Boardroom is perfect for smaller meetings, retreats or strategic off-site sessions (for 2–22 guests). The space offers a relaxed yet professional atmosphere, ideal for focused discussions, planning sessions, or executive meetings.

The boardroom comes equipped with all the modern essentials, including items such as a projector screen, ensuring your meetings run smoothly and efficiently.

Hire of this space includes access to a private outdoor terrace and lawned garden. The boardroom also has an adjoining kitchen which is laid out with unlimited self-service tea and coffee throughout your meeting.

And if you're planning a team retreat or away day, the whole property with its 10 bedrooms can be rented for your private use. This makes it a perfect team building venue in Oxfordshire.
